To make bookmarking pages within frames easier, right-clicking within a frame 
should have a "bookmark this frame" option instead of, or in addition 
to, "bookmark this page".  http://komodo.mozilla.org/buster/random/random.html 
is a good example of where this would be useful.

One might wonder about the utility of this.  While sometimes useful, it's also 
sometimes not useful, and even somewhat dangerous (if one mistakenly chooses 
this option versus the more commonly used option of "bookmark the entire 
frameset").  One would end up bookmarking the wrong thing entirely, perhaps.

Does mozilla even have a "bookmark an entire frameset"?  I know MSIE does this 
fairly well (by including the URLs of each child frame in the bookmark), but 
Mozilla only saves the URL of the page with the frameset.  Is that bug 25909?

One *possible* solution for the "clicking the wrong option" problem is giving 
the user options on the "add bookmark" dialog (bug 19922):

o  bookmark the active frame only
    (show url here)
o  bookmark the top frame only
    (show url here)
o  bookmark the top frame but include the urls of child frames, so that when I 
    return to this site, the same pages will be loaded in each frame.

I think you read to much into my unfortunate choice of words.  I should have 
simply said "bookmark the (url of the page with the) frameset."

Setting target milestone.  I don't think this feature is useful enough to add to
the context menu (there are already too many complaints about the context menu
having too many choices).  If a new and improved context menu spec arises with
this feature as part of it, then we should add it then.
