mouse wheel doesn't work at all in firefox/thunderbird. I don't have problems with wheel in other programs. It doesn't work ONLY in firefox/thunderbird.
MY mouse is 'Trust GM-4200'.

Reproducible: Always

Does it work with one of the standard MS drivers? Or is it not a plug and play mouse?

It is an USB mouse (so I think that is PnP). Drivers comes from the homepage of Trust [ www.trust.com ], because those from winxppro don't support special buttons. I'll try with drivers from MS but I'll reall liked to have acces to speciall buttons for gaming. - thanks -

After uninstalling the Trust drivers wheel works fine, but special buttons doesn't work now :(  I'm waiting for solution for that bug. greets-eryx

This sounds like an issue with the drivers provided by "Trust". Please report this issue to them if you're still seeing it. Resolving as INVALID.
