Mozilla.com version of bug 323578 .

news.mozilla.com has been created as an alias to news.mozilla.org, so you can change the links to:
news://news.mozilla.com/mozilla.support.firefox
news://news.mozilla.com/mozilla.support.thunderbird

I don't know if you're obligated to put "Mozilla newsgroups are provided and hosted by Giganews Newsgroups."

I would add a patch, but there's no "Edit this page" link at the bottom of the page. :-(

Yeah, that's because only a small number of people have access to change www.mozilla.com.
How can I create a patch for this?
You could checkout the mozilla-com webtree and manually edit mozilla-com/src/support/index.html to reflect the change to mozilla.* newsgroups. After editing the file, use "cvs diff" to create a patch and then attach the patch to this bug.

Doctor would make this quite simple, but it seems doctor currently doesn't support anything under mozilla-com.

Due to restrictions on who is allowed to commit changes to mozilla-com (currently only 13 people), I can't easily change this for you like I did for mozilla-org.

Okay, I'm new to CVS, so this patch may not be technically correct. I've updated the newsgroups, and changed "Outlook" to "Outlook Express". (Outlook isn't a newsreader. :-) )

Whoops. I misspelled Express.

The links work, if that's what you're asking. Paul Kim signed off on creating the news.mozilla.com alias (the creation of it was Chris Ilias' idea), but I'm not sure on how/if they're (marketing folks) wanting to use it or if his intention on okaying it was just for convenience in case of typos or whatnot.

The newsgroups being pointed at are certainly more appropriate than what's there currently, the only thing I'm wondering about is the .org vs .com
If you decide to go with .org, I won't be offended. Some people have been saying that it just creates more confusion.
Who would I get to review the patch, and how would I do that?
So what's keeping this bug from progressing? Are we waiting for a decision regarding .com vs. .org?
Checked in, with .org
