My ISP Provider, Time Warner, technician verified modem and cables including some diagnostic test to conclude it wasn’t related to hardware. Time Warner is aware of the problem from other customers. Obviously this is an issue for those that notice a problem exist like me. I joined the OPENDNS. Two computers allow Internet Explorer to browse webpages with previous issues flawless with the OPENDNS enabled. Firefox and Chrome continue to stall on the same sites, including Time Warner homepage rr.com, with or without Firewall and OPENDNS. the message at the bottom which read loading and message changes depending the page. If I stop the page and refresh, it immediately loads but will not again after exiting.
