323987 - Unable to print to canon ippixma 3000

Tried several times to print from inside Mozilla but fails every time .
Printer reports that it is OFFLINE even though I manually switch on.

Have tried various settings printing directly to printer etc but none fix the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to file 
2.then select print ( or click print on the web page that I am veiwing  , for a receipt)
3.printer dialogue box opens stating printer is offline 



Expected Results:  
printed the page I requested

Can you confirm that when, in contrast to using Firefox, opening the print dialog in other programmes the comment "Status: Ready" is being shown?

I can confirm that what you state is correct, I have however re-installed Firefox Setup 1.5rc3.exe which seems to have cleared the problem. Now able to print directly from web to printer as before.

Thus I reckon we won't get to the bottom of this if at all Fx was responsible for it --> marking WORKSFORME.

However, if you see this problem recur for a recent build of Mozilla, feel free to return and ask for this bug to be reopened.
