Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5
Build Identifier: 1.5 (20051201)

when downloading attachments from rss feeds (mp3 etc), there is a limit of 2 that can be active at once. if a third "save as" is selected, the save to folder dialog is not displayed until one of the active downloads has completed.

This gives the user the appearance of an unresponsive app. - no save as dialog appears

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. subscribe to a rss feed that contains atachments (podcasts) - e.g.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/podcasts/rickygervais/mp3.xml

2. download each attachment in turn (right click, save as)
3. first and second downloads start, third does not get actioned until one finishes

Actual Results:
no save as dialog for third download

Expected Results:
either save as dialog, or error message "please wait until existing doenload complete" or similar if 2 concurrent downloads is a thunderbird maximum

Confirming. Trying to start a third attachment download results in no response until one of the first two finishes. It should queue it up in the download manager.

The next thing to test is whether this is RSS-specific, or if it applies to IMAP or POP3 downloads as well. If so, the component should get changed.
