I got this error when trying to subscribe to a remote calendar. Seems like a regression from Bug 315959 (adoptItem patch). Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060120 Mozilla Sunbird/0.3a1+.
the changes calICalendar didn't get checked in. I fixed that by trying it again.
