I must force quit every time I send mail. I check with the receiver of the mail and they do get the it but my end get's no confirmation until force quit and reopen. I'm running Mac OSX Tiger and I've had no trouble with Thunderbird until today. I receive mail with no problem and other users of Thunderbird that I'm in contact with are not having this problem. I've restarted my computer and I still have the problem. My address is laniy@optonline.net. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Send e-mail or reply to an e-mail 2. Press Send 3. Color wheel keeps spinning and I must force quit and reopen Thunderbird.
Lei is this gone in version 1.5.0.4? http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/releases/1.5.0.4.html if it still happens test a trunk build where it may be fixed. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-trunk/ Please report results in this bug. other hang bugs - Bug 326629, Bug 324325, Bug 340647
