If you use the URL above and compare to IE, you can see that Mozilla seems to be using larger type size (and a larger page size) than IE, causing the typed material to spill into the blue left-hand sidebar.
BTW, your "where to report a bug" suggests assigning this one to "Layout," but there is no Layout category in the list of bug areas!

The blue bar in the background is about 148 pixels wide. The sailing ship graphic is important here; it's 584 pixels wide in a column that's specified as 460 pixels wide.
