In mail directory, the inbox file size dont change / reduce after delete/move individual mails from inbox to trash or other directory.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Eventually the inbox file size reaches to limit of 2gb.

Expected Results:  
Inbox file size refresh itself after delete or move file from inbox.
Based on the description I assume that this bug is a duplicate of bugs like Core bug 183837 and bug 292553, see also Suite bug 205756.
