* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0) Launch Mozilla
1) Visit
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-end/testcases/printing/widgets.html
2) Select 'File | Print' and press OK
3) The page prints

* ACTUAL RESULT
Only the first page of this testcase prints.

* EXPECTED RESULT
The page should print out and be comparable to the web page (which would take
about 2-3 printed pages).

*ADDITIONAL INFO
I tested this about 5 times in different conditions (directly after launch,
before printing anything else, after printing anything else, etc.) and got the
same result each time. The 'Page Setup' option in the 'File' menu isn't working
so I couldn't change printing prefs at all. Also, the print dialog contains no
Mozilla features - only the generic Epson ones - allowing no options for
printing (like date, time, URL/pathname, fit-to-page, etc.). I can't even run
the layout test because I can't switch between portrait and landscape.

This is a duplicate.  In this page is a password field, which has a bug filed 
against it already, that causes an assert in the widget code.  It would be nice 
to narrow down what caused the page to fail next time.  If I knew it was a 
password field instead of just "page failed" it would have been a 5 minute 
disposition instead of about 3 hours.
