When composing an email message, the contents of the selected address book do not appear.  To populate the field, the address book must be reselected.

When forwarding messages, the same occurs.  Sometimes though the list Is populated.


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the "Write" tool bar button to compose a new message.
2. Notice that the address book displays no contents.
3. Reselect the selected address book to display its contents.

-OR-

1. View a message from the junk folder.
2. Click on the "Forward" toolbar button.
3. Note that the selected address book contents are not displayed.
4. Click the "Forward" button a second time and notice that the address book contents Are displayed.



Expected Results:  
The selected address book contents should always be displayed when composing a new message or when forwarding an existing one.

It would be nice to set a default address book to always be displayed when composing or forwarding messages.

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
