Hi,

the "Add bookmark" menu item is missing in the Bookmarks drop-down
menu of the personal toolbar

I think this is a bug.

Nope, I'm fairly sure this is as designed. The Add Bookmark menu item is on the 
bookmarks menu on the main menu bar.

If you think this is wrong, we can convert this bug to a Request For 
Enhancement...

Marking WONTFIX.  This is by design.  Notice there is also no Manage Bookmarks
item in the personal toolbar drop-down also.

Hmm REOPEN somehow didn't work. Would like to convert this to an RFE.
IMHO it is irritating for at those people who update from NS4.
The "add bookmark" item in the personal toolbar was a very convenient
method to add bookmarks in NS4, and this meant greater UI consistency
(as both bookmark lists behaved similiar).
