32454 - Problems with text entry in a form box

I changed to a new build (MacOS 2000031908) to test a bug and had a number of 
problems typing text into the additional comments box. The text display starts 
above and to the left of the box, text entry is very slow with a significant 
delay before each new letter is echoed to the screen and the cursor periodically 
disappears.

The text is appearing outside of the field bounds. This has been happening in
the daily builds lately. I'm attaching a pic to illustrate this if nobody has a
Mac handy and it's not happening on other plats. I'm not seeing the slow entry
(I better not w/ my brand new G4, or else...) but the cursor isn't behaving
correctly (as well as text selection = see bug 32340).

*ADDITIONAL INFO
This bug is happening in all parts of the program (pretty much anywhere where
there's text entry - like the password dialog, open web location dialog, etc...)
so I don't think it's a HTML Forms specific problem. Can someone verify?
