100% CPU loading when viewing page. No real Javascript etc on page.

When going to this page, Firefox simply hangs with a CPU utilization of from 90-99%
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.perl.com/pub/a/2003/10/09/refactoring.html

Actual Results:
Immediately starts using all available CPU.
Can't scroll down.
Can't easily get menus.
Expected Results:
Page displays.
Shown the page. IE works just fine.

Seamonkey 1.5a rv:1.9a1 build 2006060208 and Firefox 1.5.0.4 rv:1.8.0.4 build 20060508 under XP Pro SP2 here.
