It only happens if the tooltip would appear below the mouse cursor.
It does not happen if Firefox is maximized and the Windows taskbar is one row tall (the tooltip appears above the cursor).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the TimeTracker 1.0.4 extension at https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=1887&vid=11252
2. Size the window so the statusbar is in the middle of the screen.
3. Mouse over the TimeTracker clock in the statusbar.
4. The tooltip will flash.

Actual Results:  
The tooltip will flash.

Expected Results:  
The tooltip should stay.

Open chrome\chromeFiles\content\style.css
Remove the "margin: 0 0 0 0;" line from the #timetrack-tooltip rule.
The tooltip will not flash anymore.
