I use firefox all the time but for a long time now quick time does not function in it . The description #324749 has about the mac - is exactly the same as with my PC with windows XP. This only happens in firefox , when I use I.E.- it seem to work properly. I've tried reloading q.t. as well as updating it and still nothing. The plug-in for firefox as well does nothing. It will download the complete program and then when I go to install it it gets to a point where it says old file can not be deleted and stop and I can not get past it. any suggestions would be appreciated. GThanks, Gary
