The week numbers seen in week view and in multi week view start at zero

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Sunbird
2. Choose week view or
3. choose multi week view

Actual Results:  
The week numbers shown are one too low

Expected Results:  
I expect to see the correct week number

Thanks for point this out.  The week-view should now be fixed.  There is another bug (bug 326268) to handle the multiweek view.  Marking as a duplicate
