When you change the window borders (part of the theme) to something else while firefox is open, the GUI gets defaced. The defacement can be seen in the png file previously uploaded to this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305970

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch firefox
2. Change gnome theme (window borders) to something else)
3. gui defacement
4. close and restart firefox
5. returns to normal

Actual Results:  
gui defacement (a space is insterted between the top of the window where it says "Mozilla Firefox" and right below it where it says "File Edit View" etc)

Expected Results:  
no change in gui except window borders

the defacement is very similar to this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305970 which is solved with a patch that works on my build, but window border change still defaces the gui.
