If you select an item in a select box, the item disappears. For example, if I select "File Handling" in the component box above, I will see:

Extension/Theme Manager

Find Toolbar/FastFind

EXPECTED:

Extension/Theme Manager

Find Toolbar/FastFind
Verified this occurs in safe mode with a fresh profile also.
