Details

At the above page there is a form to the left. In it there should be a menu of
items but it doesn't show up. The form is just empty. You cannot select the
items either so I suppose it is not just the wrong color.

javascript is just a guess of course.
The page uses JS which isn't standards compliant.  This is INVALID, see the
duplicate bug.
