I downloaded the nightly build on Tuesday (1/24) and the most recent quicktime update (7.0.4) and after installation quicktime ceased to work on both sites as well as any site streaming video.
Reproducible: Always
Expected Results:
play video content.

Quit Camino, throw out
~/Library/Application Support/Camino/pluginreg.dat
and re-open Camino. See if that helps.
