Reply all broken for new imap headers with multiple recipients

Details
By turning on the IMAP envelope code, I seem to have broken reply all if there
are multiple recipients. This won't affect AOL IMAP since they only give us one
recipient, but it does affect other IMAP users. I'll see if I can fix the imap
parsing, and if not, I'll turn off envelope for non AOL users when the tree
opens. Cc'ing people who might get dups assigned to them, or who might file
duplicates.

OK, I have a one line fix for this - if we're going to respin today's build, I'd
love to get this fix in.

fix checked in - fix should be in today's respun builds. But if you downloaded
headers with a build that had this bug, you will need to delete your msf file to
see the fix.
