I downloaded different files from different pages (examples will follow) and after i aborted the downloads and deleted them from the list, the partly downloaded files remain on my desktop and can't be deleted. If i start downloading them again, a new file on the desktop is created.

I tried to delete them promptly after downloading them, but there is an error report, that tells me, that the file is in use.

The only program that is in the position to "use" the files is the download manager.

After a new boot sequence the error is still there.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just choose a page
2. download a file
3. stop the download
4. try to delete the file
Actual Results:  
sometimes they were deleted sometimes not.

Expected Results:  
somehow the download manager uses the file after the download is stopped.
