User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Repetitive "Unresponsive Script: Warning" box using Firefox 1.5 every time I access My Yahoo page - I have to disable yimg.com using the "NoScript" Firefox Extension. Disabling yimg.com then intereferes with Yahoo email functionality (e.g. cannot save email to folders) until yimg.com is temporarily re-enabled - and this restarts the Unresponsive Script: Warning error box until yimg.com is disabled again. This did not happen on earlier versions of Firefox - however when I tried to revert to previous version to avoid the problem the Unresponsive Script: Warning box still came up. NoScript is a work-around, not a cure, since it's necessary to permit yimg.com any time I want to save a Yahoo email. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log on to My Yahoo http://my.yahoo.com/index.html 2. Unresponsive Script: Warning error box appears unless yimg.com is disabled by NoScript extension 3. error box continues to appear throughout session until yimg.com is disabled 4. Yahoo email will not permit access to folders while yimg.com is disabled Actual Results: See above Expected Results: Should not get any Unresponsive Script: Warning error box - as was the case in previous versions of Firefox
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060130 Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2006013005 No problem at all; the browser loads the site very quickly. See also yimg.com on my statusbar in a flash, but the site loads within less than a second. Test if it works in Firefox's safemode, if not, try it with a new profile with default settings.
Duplicate of bug 320409 and bug 320020?
Almost certainly a dup of bug 320020. The script that I determined was responsible for bug 320020 is served from us.js2.yimg.com, consistent with this bug report. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 320020 ***
