"View -> Messages" doesn't appear even if "Mail View" is added to toolbar as shown in the comment on following source. 
It appears when Thunderbird is re-started.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. "Mail View" is added to toolbar
2. Look "View" menu

Actual Results: 
"View -> Messages" doesn't appear.
It appears when Thunderbird is re-started. 

Expected Results: 
The menu appears even if Thunderbird is not done in re-start.
