Details
On my machine, any time that I type in a text box, the offset is wrong, and the
top and sides of the text box are overwritten with text.
The result is that text is on top of the text box and not in it.
This is on the 3/20 nightly build, Win98. As always, screenshots are available.

I've been seeing that too lately. A good example is at
http://www.mozilla.org/wallet/samples/INTERVIEW.HTML
All the text fields have heavy top and left side border and a very light (nearly
invisible) bottom and right side border. As soon as you enter or change the
value in any field, the heavy top and left borders vanish leaving only the very
light right and bottom borders. Unless you look real carefully, it looks like
there are no borders at all. And changing focus to another field does not
restore the border on the previous field.
This has nothing to do with autofill, however. Reassigning.
