325413 - file cannot be downloaded when i click download

when the message pop up for downloading the fail, i click on download, there is response at all.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on the attachment
2 [review].click on the option specified for download.
3.once again click on download 

Actual Results:  
there is reponse at all after i click the button download.

Expected Results:  
The file should have been downloaded

This kind of problem was previously solved by MR XYZ, currently working in ZZ department.
