Consider normal email reading. 
Consider having set to display headers->normal.
Consider the headers bar is collapsed (ie only one row visible). 

There, one can see only "subject", "from" and "date". 

"from" is displayed only as complete name, wihtout email address. No tooltip.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.read a message, normal headers, header bar collapsed
2.go with mouse over the "From" field
3.

Actual Results:  
one can see only the full name of the sender, but cannot see the email address of the sender, unless i manually expand the headers bar. 

Expected Results:  
when header bar collapsed, mouse hover on from field should display complete email address, not only full name of the person, as tooltip.
