On many sites, highlighting text in the page, especially when a link is present or immediately adjacent to the highlighted text, text in the highlighted area sometimes goes "bold." It's not quite bold--just a little thicker and perhaps chunkier. Scrolling down and scrolling back up (or reloading) usually fixes the problem until you highlight text again.

See URL for example screenshots

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to site, for instance washingtonpost.com (but happens on other sites, too)
2. Highlight text and images, making sure to get a link or two in the highlighted area.

Actual Results:
See weird, chunky text after removing highlight

Expected Results:
Text should stay the same.
Make sure to view the URL for screenshots of this behavior.
