I had changed my language from English to Protugeese for no longer than 5 minutes (I was playing a game) and when I went to change it back, it would not. I've since then unistalled and re-installed mozilla firefox 6 times. So far the language is only stuck on Portugese on one Site. WWW.Neopets.com. What can I do to fix this?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. went to tool > options
2. advanced
3. selected Portugese, then when i was done, removed it.

Actual Results:  
no change when i tried to revert.

Expected Results:  
gone back to english

Reinstalling Firefox won't touch your personal information (is stored elsewhere).
Type about:config in your locationbar and rightclick on the value of intl.accept_languages -> Reset
If it still doesn't help, try creating a new profile.
