User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pl; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pl; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1
on the profile on which firefox was upgraded to 1.5.0.1 extension was locked because it wasn't compatible with newer version. But on second profile the extension is still working, Firefox starts from the same localization for each profile.
Reproducible: Always

What extension and which version(s) of the extension? Link(s) to the extension would also be helpful along with did the compatibility check wizard run, if you canceled the compatibility check wizard during startup of either profile, etc. Basically, more information is needed to go on.

On first run you don't see a window that states something to the affect of "checking for compatibility updates to your extensions"?

Could you attach the extensions.rdf to this bug from the system that is having problems?
http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/profile
Here you are. But I have upgraded RIP extension yesterday, I hope it doesn't matter.

Extensions.rdf
That is the Firefox 1.0 Extensions.rdf that is located in your profile's extensions directory and not the extensions.rdf that resides in your profile's directory so it doesn't help. Since you upgraded the extension there is no longer any information to diagnose what happened on your system.

resolving -> wfm. There just isn't enough information to go on now that it has been upgraded on your system.
