As things stand, one can trigger meta refresh in the ancestor document via a document being loaded with document.load().  Seems odd.  ;)

The container thing was added via bug 138295 comment 18.  But why do we need a JSContext there anyway?  Shouldn't calling into JS event handlers push _their_ contexts on the stack??

Once bug 234455 is fixed we should figure out how this should be working...
