Navigate to bookmark. Open Bookmark manager. Close browser window so that bookmark manager is only open window. There is no way at this point to get back to a window to browse without closing Firefox. Reproducible: Always Expected Results: Should be able to click on File menu to get a New Window or New Tab option, but that isn't available.
