Customer enters our web site to make a payment online at www.flatironcredit.com/checkbyweb/paymentf.htm. They fill out info and click submit to process. Info does not get processed. After the submit button is hit we receive email about a new payment and customer receives email confirmation. None of this is happening now. This worked until a few weeks ago.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.had customer service ask browser questions and other system questions when called abt payment not rec'd
2.confirmed that certain customers have used Mozillia in the past to make payment.
3.downloaded mozilla and tried several times to process payment to no avail

Actual Results:
We did not receive an email indicating that a new payment had been processed. Customer did not receive an email confirming receipt of payment

Expected Results:
We receive email with info to process payment. customer receives confirmation email that we received payment.

Advising customers to switch to Internet Explorer to process payment.
