Bug 323962 removed the UI for changing display resolution. This paragraph in prefs.xhtml should therefore be removed:
<p>You can also specify the display resolution, which is normally 96
dpi.</p>

Just removes that sentence. Bug 323962 already got branch approval.

Yeah, I thought about r+'ing myself, but wasn't sure if additional changes were needed, like changing the beginning of the next sentence.
