the window down a bit to fully display the line

Using Build # 2000-07-24-08, I don't see this problem.

With the actual build, you don't have access to the autocomplete checkbox. I can solve that by removing the 
"Language" frame and move the charset dropdown list inside the "Composition" frame. (see picture attached)

Jennifer, what do you thing about this solution?

By the way, the pref to enable/disable autocomplete is not correctly supported. I have also the fix for it...


    
    

    
  
Adding nsbeta3 keyword to bugs which already have nsbeta3 status markings so 
the queries don't get all screwed up.

Also, as we can know have access to the autocompletion check box, I've realized that Message compose wasn't 
correctly listenning to this pref. This is also fixed.

But, because of a bug with the characters set dropdown menu, the autocompletion checkbox is alway reset to 
uncheck when you open this panel which as for side effect to turn off autocompletion. I'll file a bug for this issue.
