Details
Go to any dialog that has tabs. The cookie viewer is a good example. The
initial tab is highlited. Click on some other tab. It gets hilited but the
original tab stays hilited as well. In fact, you can get all the tabs hilited
simultaneously by continuing this process.
Problem is one of repainting. If you cover the dialog with another window and
then return to it, the hilighting becomes rectified -- i.e., only the
currently-selected tab is hilighted. Similarly, mousing over any of the tabs
that shouldn't be hilighted will cause it to de-hilite.
