MathML dialogue/window and Window menu
In Firefox (at least on the Mac), the MathML missing fonts dialogue/window does not have its title in the titlebar; instead, it is the first line of text in the window. Besides looking odd, this leads to an odd "blank" entry in the Windows menu (especially odd when you switch back to Fx and the dialogue ends up behind the app window :) This is present in 1.5.0.1 and a month-or-so-old trunk build, but not in SeaMonkey.
