No dependency graph is being displayed if the path to the local graphviz binary contains white space.
Steps to reproduce:
o Install graphviz into a directory with a name containing white space
(for example, as suggested on http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/win32install.html,
into C:/Program Files/ATT/Graphviz)
o Set the webdotbase param accordingly (in the given example to
C:/Program Files/ATT/Graphviz/bin/dot.exe)
