After upgrading from 1.5.0 to 1.5.0.1, I get an error page saying "Firefox cannot open connection to <web server>".  This happens on any web site I try to connect to.  I'm using Windows 2000 SP 4.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Upgrade from 1.5.0 to 1.5.0.1 using auto-update installer
2.  Browse any web site

Actual Results:  
I get an error page saying Firefox cannot connect to server.

Expected Results:  
Open a web page.
