Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060213 Firefox/1.6a1 Personally, I don't get this, but my sound setup is a complete mess, and it's a surprise sound works at all. I'm willing to bet that this is a problem with your sound setup, or the flash plugin. Do any other applications come out with similarly high-pitched sounds?
Thats the strange part, when i listen to music or watch a video everything is fine and sounds normal. It's only when watching flash.
This is most likely a problem with your sound setup or Flash. Have you tried changing your sound settings, Flash settings, or reinstalling Flash (making sure to delete the cached download from apt before installing it again)?
