User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Firefox 1.5.0.1

When I put a wrong adress like: www.h.ç or www.a.ñ or x.ñ etc. Location bar converts the strange char thus:
www.h.ç  ->  http://www.h.xn--7ca/
www.a.ñ  ->  http://www.a.xn--ida/
xn--7ca <- Is this like an Unicode convertion?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Firefox
2. Type ç into location bar
3. See the convertion
See RFC 3490 section 5 on IDNs.

-> Invalid.
