Details
When window content is solely handled by a plugin, the availability (by menu, keyboard shortcuts etc.) of the built-in search function is ambiguous and leads the user to wrongly believe s/he would be searching the textual contents of the window (contents displayed by the plugin). These search functions should be disabled in a case like that.
Additionally, it might or might not be advisable (if even possible) to pass through the then blocked keyboard shortcuts to the plugin (many use e.g. CTRL+F themselves).
Note: Bug touches Components 'Find Toolbar / FastFind', 'Keyboard Navigation', 'Menus' and could easily be applicable to Product 'SeaMonkey'.
PS: Bug request is inspired by bug 326386.
