EVERYBODY has the back/forwards/reload/stop buttons in the toolbar.
Can you please create one icon that covers the lot - similar to the
Finders compound icon for icon/list/column views. This is to save
space. Same goes for smaller/bigger text compound icon - just like in Safari.

I told him to file it so we could get some feedback from the rest of the team. If it's a WONTFIX, that's OK by me, but I didn't want to totally shoot it down without letting the rest have some input. :)

Comparing with the Finder's view switcher, this would be a savings of roughly 10 pixels--and would require completely redesigning the style of all the toolbar icons.

This has already been WONTFIXed once (with a dupe, too).

it would also put the main buttons too close together, making click targets taht much harder to hit. 

that said, maybe the increase/decrease size could be melded together, since that's hardly a "critical path" button.
