Details

Dragging bookmarks to bookmarks folder in either the side bar or menu doesn't 
work, and you can't right click on a bookmark entry to edit it like on the 
windows start menu.
Dragging bookmarks from folder to folder in the sidebar WORKSFORME on 20000320. 
Right clicking to edit doesn't work for me on the Windows start menu, so I have 
no idea what you are on about there. :-)

Sorry, I meant Windows98
Although I believe that it should have been marked fixed, since the click to 
edit thing was added later, I will verify it. If you want to re-resolve it as 
Fixed then feel free ;-)
