When visiting the URL, can not scroll the page until the download has finished.

Disabling Java/Javascript seemed to solve. But it seems there is Javascript code loading a Flash. Now I don't know what solved: turning off Javascript or not having the Flash it loads...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.claro.com.br/
2. Try to scroll the page (either with mouse or keyboard)

Actual Results:
One can not scroll the page until it has finished completely and it takes a long time (at least to me).

Expected Results:
Disable Javascript and repeat to see.

Maybe related to #315083 ...
I mean: maybe related to bug 315083 (bug #315083)
(I'm trying to get a link here...)
Please test with the current release version of firefox (Firefox 1.5.0.1) and see if you still experience the same issue.
Yes, I still experience it. There is another way to reproduce it:

- open url in main tab
- open new tab
- open url in new tab
- reload url in new tab

Maybe it's a focus problem... I tried the same site on Linux and it's not displayed properly *. The scroll is ok, but sometimes I have to click the white area on the right so I can use the mouse wheel.

* an old problem: it seems flash animations are bigger than they should and white space around them is overriding text; I can see the text at a glance before the animations show up and override it.
suspect works with newer version of plugin.
Felipe, if you reopen the bug, please give exact URLs involved and version of plugin

white space may be table issues.
