Build Identifier: Mozilla 1.7.3, Windows XP SP2

each boot or reboot produces this bug.  Netscape feed back agent opens and wants to send error report, then it stops responding, locks up, then I end the task, then Microsoft error report opens and send error report.  Then normal operation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot up
2.reboot up
3.

Actual Results:  
As soon as Mozilla launches the Netscape feed back agent opens to send an error report, the it stops responding, then I end its task, then Microsoft error reporter opens and send error report.

Expected Results:  
normal operation

So you cannot launch Mozilla at all? Also try upgrading to SeaMonkey 1.0, the successor of Mozilla and see if it then works again.
