User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1 On PowerBooks with two-fingered scrolling (using the touchpad), FireFox encounters problems recognizing the two-fingered scrolling after some websites are visited, for example the website above. Two-fingered scrolling does not work once these websites are visited, while normal scrolling continues to function fine. Restarting firefox clears the problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open FireFox on a recent PowerBook 2. Visit http://www.astro.uni-bonn.de/~peter/SaasFee.html (There are other websites which also break the scrolling, but I can't remember which) 3. Try to use two-fingered scrolling. Actual Results: Two-fingered scrolling does not work Expected Results: Two-fingered scrolling should continue to work
Two-fingered scrolling works on http://www.astro.uni-bonn.de/~peter/SaasFee.html for me. I'm using: * Mac OS X 10.4.4 on a PowerBook G4. * Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060210 Firefox/1.6a1.
hrm; I re-downloaded the latest version of firefox, and it does indeed seem to be fixed already. My bad, I guess.
