327062 - Remove chase from default assignee / default qacontact

Chase ([e-mail]) is still the default assignee / default qacontact for several components. He needs to be removed and either a generalized account (such as [e-mail]) or some appropriate person (such as preed) put in his place.

Here are two components that I have found so far that need to be changed:
Webtools :: LXR
Thunderbird :: Build Config

I made the change to Tbird build config to [e-mail]. preed advised me to keep chase the default contact for LXR until we figure out what the right thing to do in this case.

I believe I made that change - not sure what happened. I have made the change for Build Config. Someone needs to make a decision about LXR.

Closing this one out as resolved. I checked b-zilla and chase has been removed in both areas and replaced by a qa watch.
